Authorized Response Level: 2 (Sub-moderate threat)

Rules of Engagement: UTE-0243-Black Kewpie (henceforth referred to as 'Subject') is incapable of effecting permanent invulnerability upon itself and is expected to be susceptible to standard liquidation attempts. Precautions for self-preservation of liquidating agents is irrelevant due to the alterations conducted by the subject being temporary.

Description: Subject is a humanoid threat entity, apparently of 90 years of age, 1.5 meters in height, weighing approximately 50 kilograms. Subject has severely restricted Type Green capabilities wherein alterations conducted by Subject will rapidly revert irregardless of actions conducted by the subject. Subject does not undergo standard humanoid ageing. Subject has a notable proficiency in the development of legal documentation and devising contracts which it can personally abuse or negate without legal ramifications.

Subject claims to originate from a deviant reality and is capable of providing consistent narration of this reality spanning between it's formation and the time at which the Subject displaced to current reality.

Subject is currently in the hands of the Foundation. Liquidation of the entity is considered a low priority.

History: Subject was encountered during its initial manifestation in central [LOCATION REDACTED]. Initial recovery by agents was scheduled but failed due to Foundation intervention. Subject has been under Foundation ownership since.

Appendix 001: Information recovered from undercover operatives within the Foundation have reported Subject has developed mid-term Alzheimer's Disease and mild depression. Response level slated for reduction.

Appendix 002: Emergence of [DESIGNATION REDACTED] and comparison to UTE-0243-Black Kewpie supports claims of the Subject. Possibility of additional Type-Black entities strongly suggested.
